Even so, they are still much less than the amounts charged by private hospitals. The care is good, but expect long waits to see a doctor or, for non emergencies a wait for inpatient admittance. In some cases, you may be referred to another Government hospital for treatment by certain specialists. Most doctors speak good English, but this may not be the case with nursing and other staff.
