Join us for two practical, community-focused sessions, one on building strength for active aging, and one on navigating quality healthcare options for expats in the Pattaya area. First will be a return visit by Curtis Arnold continuing with Part 2, Stronger Muscles, Stronger Heart (Fitness for Active Aging). He will be followed by Dr. Kasama Wirojsakulchai, MD, Hospital Director for Pacific Garden Hospital talking about health care for Expats in the Pattaya area.

Curtis, Health Coach and Founder of the Palm Beach Center for Health and Longevity returns with the next chapter of his popular active-aging series. This hands-on session focuses on realistic, safe ways to improve strength, balance, and mobility so you can feel better in daily life and stay active for the long run.

His topic will provide information on how:

To perform simple practical functional exercises as part of your everyday activities

You can do short routines at home or at the gym

To build strength safely and reduce risk of injury

You can do core work to improve balance and stability

To do mobility drills for shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles

These are designed for all ages and fitness levels - ideal if you want to stay strong, mobile, and confident as you age.

Finding reliable, English-supported healthcare can be challenging, especially when you’re trying to plan ahead rather than react in an emergency.

Dr. Kasama will share a clear, practical overview of Pacific Garden Hospital’s services, emergency readiness, specialist care, and how international insurance and direct billing typically work in real life. No sales pitch, just information you can use.

Trained at Chulalongkorn University (MD, 2019), Dr. Kasama has held senior hospital leadership roles, including guiding an institution through the JCI Hospital Accreditation process. Her background includes Occupational Medicine and physical/mental capacity assessment, and she currently leads Pacific Garden Hospital as Hospital Director while serving as Vice President, Operations for the PRMG Group.
