Two years ago, at the Christmas season, Poppy brought children from the Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind, also part of The Father Ray Foundation, to perform popular songs of Christmas. Click here for a summary. Click here for information on the Foundation’s Technical College for the Disabled. Poppy is a former schoolteacher from New York. He has been in Thailand for over two years and volunteers to assist the Father Ray Foundation. Because his teaching background also included the creation and direction of high school musicals, the Foundation asked for his help in doing a musical to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Father Ray Brennan’s passing. Poppy developed the theme for and directed the musical which was performed by students from The School for the Blind along with The Pattaya Redemptorist Technical College (for the disabled) and the Pattaya Redemptorist School for Children with Special Needs. |
Poppy Quinn will be returning with students from the Father Ray Foundation’s Technical College for the Disabled to celebrate International Father’s Day. In the US, UK, Canada, and numerous other countries around the world, Father's Day is celebrated annually on the third Sunday of June. The students will be performing some tribute songs to Father Ray Brennan, the Pattaya founder of the foundation.

addition to the weekly Meeting, the Club helps facilitate
