We will be welcoming Muzi Cindi who will be sharing his journey to becoming a Buddhist.
Muzi is a digital creator, content creator and influencer. He currently has a following of over 120,000 people on his social media pages.

He started his journey away from an external God "up there" or "somewhere" when his first daughter was born in 1988. Muzi says he had a consequential watershed spiritual experience on a morning in August 2007.

This was just after he finished reading Professor Richard Dawkin’s book, “The God Delusion.” He gradually became "mystic" and embraced a Buddhist Spirituality.  He is currently working of a story that will soon be on Soweto TV (South African community television channel+ South African community television channel).

Time permitting, following Muzi’s presentation, our own Dr. Ren Lexander, PhD, will be talking about “Aging Disgracefully: Secrets to Long-Term Health and Vitality.” Ren will be sharing his journey from a sickly childhood to a vibrant (so far) other end of life.

By the age of 18, he had already experienced asthma, bronchitis, pleurisy, appendicitis, glandular fever and a stone in the kidney. Last week he turned 69. His talk will take you in directions you probably are not familiar with. It will cover unusual forms of exercise, supplements you probably haven't heard of, and dietary ideas. Even tantric sex.
